Each UpBox is built around a specific age window — 0–3, 3–6, 6–9 or 9–12 months. The items inside are chosen for that exact age, from clothing sizes to the kinds of toys and everyday things a baby needs right then. If you are unsure, you can always choose the age that matches your baby today.

We choose sizes to match the age window, but babies grow at their own pace. If something does not fit or you are not happy with it, you can reach out within 7 days of delivery. We will help you exchange it or find a solution that works.

No. Every UpBox is a single purchase. You choose one box, pay once, and receive one shipment. If you want, you can join The Loop — one free email when your baby is ready for the next age. Nothing is ever ordered or charged on its own.

We check every box before it leaves, but if something arrives missing, damaged or not what you expected, message us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you for it quickly.
