Does UpBox auto-charge me?

No. UpBox does not auto-charge. Around 8 weeks after your order we notify you on WhatsApp and email. You choose the next stage and pay manually. Every box requires your action.

How much does UpBox cost?

UpBox plans start at Rs. 1,499 (Mini), Rs. 2,499 (Standard) and Rs. 3,499 (Premium) per stage box. Free delivery across India on every order.

Does UpBox deliver across India?

Yes. Free delivery on every order across all of India including Northeast India, Jammu and Kashmir, and island territories. Delivery takes 2–9 business days.

What if the clothes don't fit?

If something does not fit or work, eligible items can be returned or exchanged depending on condition and stage. Message our team on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
